Fluidcare

At RIL Lubricants, our Fluidcare service provides a complete, hands-on fluid management solution designed to extend the lifespan of your metalworking machinery, optimize production efficiency, and minimize operational downtime.

What is Fluidcare?

Fluidcare is a proactive maintenance and monitoring service for industrial metalworking fluids and lubricants. Rather than reacting to machine failure or fluid degradation after damage occurs, our Fluidcare program continuously monitors fluid condition, ensures correct mixing ratios, and maintains optimal operating parameters.

What We Do

  • Onsite Technician Testing
Our dedicated Fluidcare technician performs regular, scheduled onsite visits to monitor and manage your fluids directly at your machines. Key tests include:
    • Concentration Levels: Ensuring precise oil-to-water ratios for maximum tool life and cooling efficiency.
    • pH Monitoring: Maintaining optimal pH levels to prevent corrosion, bacterial growth, and skin irritation.
  • Trend Analysis & Digital Reporting
You receive clear, comprehensive digital reports delivered directly via email. These reports track performance data over time, allowing you to identify trends, monitor fluid health, and maintain audit-ready maintenance logs.
  • Machine Condition & Immediate Remediation
We don’t just report numbers—we act on them. Our technician assesses the physical condition of your metalworking machines, identifies potential issues (such as tramp oil contamination or low fluid levels), and takes immediate action to fix or remediate fluid quality on the spot.
  • In-House Laboratory Testing
For comprehensive quality control beyond daily metalworking fluid checks, our fully equipped in-house laboratory provides advanced analytical testing—including viscosity testing, cleanliness codes, and contamination analysis—for a wide range of industrial oils and hydraulic fluids.

Key Benefits

  • Extended Tool & Machine Life: Keeps cutting fluids clean and effective to protect costly machinery.
  • Reduced Downtime: Prevents premature fluid breakdown, bacterial odor, and unplanned maintenance stops.
  • Cost Efficiency: Optimizes fluid consumption and reduces fluid disposal costs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Complete historical visibility into fluid performance across your entire facility.
